Congratulations to 6th grader Channing Sorgius! She was selected as the Patriot's Pen Essay winner for Pike Central Middle School. Representatives from the V.F.W. visited our school and presented Channing with a certificate and monetary award. #PCMSpride #chargerpride
6th graders enjoyed creating "The Great Pumpkin of Haiku's". A Haiku poem is a form of Japanese poetry that consists of three lines, with five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third. Their creativity really shined through!
