
6th graders enjoyed creating "The Great Pumpkin of Haiku's". A Haiku poem is a form of Japanese poetry that consists of three lines, with five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third. Their creativity really shined through!

Red Ribbon Spirit week continued!





Our students have enjoyed celebrating Red Ribbon Week!





Congratulations to our PCMS 8th graders that are members of the Charger Brigade! They place 10th in their class at the state finals over the weekend.

6th grade students enjoyed acting out Edgar Allan Poe's play The Tell-Tale Heart in class today! It is also hat day in celebration of Red Ribbon Week.

The Pike Central Student Government will be hosting a Trunk or Treat and haunted hallways on October 3oth. The trunk or treat will be in front of the cafeteria doors from 5-6 pm. The haunted hallway will be held from 6-8 pm. There will be a small charge for the haunted hallway and all proceeds will be going to Riley's Hospital for Children.
